Retreats:
We live in a very busy and noisy society, with so very many voices. A time of retreat is your time, to simply “be,” without the demands of time and activity, in a safe space and place, honoring the gift of your person and soul.
- Opportunities for guided quiet reflection with focus on a particular area, or a book
- Structured for “time out,” within a group context, or a time of silence and reflection
- Flexible enough to be residential or not, over a weekend or a day, over a couple of days or longer, depending on needs and circumstances
- Drawing away from the world, reflecting, reading, resting, walking and being refreshed
- These can be designed for: church groups, business partners, clergy groups, diocesan groups, or individuals
Spiritual Direction:
- “Getting alongside you,” on your journey, coaxing, encouraging and challenging
